Our Bestseller, the Boxcar features wood reclaimed from North American railcars, primarily constructed from old-growth oak and maple. These planks, having endured years of freight transport, exhibit unique character through their wear and tear. Post-reclamation, the wood is meticulously cleaned, sanded, filled with epoxy, and finished with a durable, food-safe hardwax oil. This process results in distinctive countertops and tables that blend industrial history with modern craftsmanship, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional durability.
